Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VMT Contractor Suite, a construction-business management service operated by VMT Services and Repair Corp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and authorized users

A company account must be created by an authorized representative. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, assigning appropriate employee permissions, and all activity performed through your account. Accounts may not be shared outside your organization.

2. Service

VMT Contractor Suite provides tools for managing customers, projects, estimates, change orders, invoices, employees, documents and related construction operations. Features may evolve. We may perform maintenance, correct defects and make reasonable changes needed for security or reliability.

3. Subscriptions and trial

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Current prices and included features are shown before checkout. A trial may be offered for the period stated during registration. Unless you subscribe or receive an authorized commercial exception, access may be limited or suspended when the trial ends.

4. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and applicable taxes. You may update payment details or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of the business information and documents you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit and back up that data only as necessary to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to enter customer, employee and project information.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the platform; upload malicious code; violate another person's rights; or use automated means to abuse, overload or probe the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or legal compliance.

7. Estimates, invoices and AI-assisted content

The service helps prepare business documents and may offer AI-assisted suggestions. You must review all quantities, prices, codes, legal terms and communications before relying on or sending them. VMT Contractor Suite does not provide legal, accounting, engineering or licensing advice.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VMT Services and Repair Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, nonpayment, unlawful activity or security threats. Subject to legal and operational retention requirements, account data may be exported or deleted upon a verified request.

11. Changes and contact
